If the three-week window passes without a pick, we send the first option and tell you we've done so. You still get a confirmation, and the gift still ships on time.
Yes. Each occasion has its own shipping address, set when you enter the year and editable any time before we order.
Yes. A real person writes each card by hand from your message, in ink, on the card that ships with the gift.
